It all began 25 years ago in a small bakery where our passion for bread and pastries inspired us to dream big. Every morning, with dedication and love, we baked delicacies that quickly became the heart of our community.

That enthusiasm led us to open our first café, Fleca l’Espiga, where we could share special moments and unique flavors with each visitor. Little by little, we expanded our reach, bringing our homemade bread to more homes through our distribution service, filling the tables of many families with pride and joy.

As time went by, our family grew and we decided to pay tribute to our three children, Rubén, Mónica and Raquel, by opening a new café called Rumora. This new space reflects the essence of our family, combining tradition and innovation to offer unforgettable experiences.

Today, we remain true to our origins, combining traditional techniques with modern touches, and keeping alive the family spirit that has guided us from day one. We invite you to be part of our story and to enjoy moments full of flavor and warmth with us.
